Warranty

To guarantee you to receive satisfying services from LightKing Optoelectronics Tech Group (hereinafter referred to LightKing Optoelectronics). and better protect your rights and interests, please carefully read and properly reserve this Service Manual:

1). LightKing Optoelectronics guarantees that its products are qualitatively reliable. For communication items, we assure that the supplied equipments are brand-new, intact and unused. The corresponding products we outsource are supplied by authentic manufacturer. It also assures that products are tested repeatedly to meet the relevant requirement before delivery.

2). Products manufactured by LightKing Optoelectronics are provided with 2 years of limitative warranty ( from delivery date).

3). LightKing Optoelectronics carries out the principle of timely response and troubleshooting as soon as possible within the warranty period.

4). If failures occur due to quality defects of the display body within the warranty period, maintenance and repair services are provided for free; If the damage is caused by man-made factors of customers, only charged maintenance services are provided. To shorten the time spending on maintenance and repair, LightKing Optoelectronics will keep some spare parts.

5). Once the warranty period expires, only materials costs will be charged if the product with failure is sent back to our production plant, travel and accommodation expenses so incurred will be charged if we need to send our maintenance personnel to provide on-site services.

6). In case that user can’t solve the problems they meet during the use of the products, he can contact us and exactly explain what problems he comes across. LightKing Optoelectronics will respond quickly and restore the running of the product within the shortest possible time.

Notes:  

Above mentioned rules are applicable to all LightKing Optoelectronics products. Free after-sales services are provided by our company except for any of the following circumstance:

1. The warranty period expires;

2. The product is damaged because the relevant requirements for use, maintenance and storage as stipulated in the Technical Manual are not followed.

3. Product damaged due to the unauthorized dismounting;

4. Damaged because of force majeure (like flood, fire, hurricane, war, etc.)
