Leadership

Chairman:Host works of the Board of directors,make important decisions for LightKing Group.

General Manager:General manager Mr.Qi is CEO of LightKing,responsible for managing all departments.

Vice General Manager:Vice manager Mr.Zou assists general manager Mr.Qi and represents GM when GM is not in company.

Office of GM:11 peoples includes GM,secretary of GM,HR manager,etc.

Financial Department:It is responsible for financial affairs of LightKing.

HR Department:It is responsible for managing staffs.

Planning Department:It offers ideas and plans for company`s development.

R&D Department:It is responsible for researching and developing LED Display and all the technologies affairs of orders.

70 R&D Engineers in Electrical, Mechanical, Opto and Color Analysis work on the electronic circuit-board design, software, optics, heat management, structure, power distribution and so on.

More than 15% of our Annual Sales Turnover is invested in R&D each year.

25 Technical Patents already acquired.

Key Customers are involved in our LED screen Products Design.

Quality Inspection Department:It is responsible for ensuring good quality of LED display.

Purchasing Department:It is responsible for puchasing all the things which company needs.

Encapsulation Department:It does encapsulation jobs here for top quality led part.

LED Display Department:It is responsible for assemblying,inspecting,delivering displays.
