- Excellent Color-Blending Nature: Different from the previous processes (Separate type SMD, Semi-SMD, Single-lamp, etc.), three primary colors can be closely combined into one dot. People are unable to distinguish between different colors chips in very near distance, so users will see the true full-color pixels for ever. The LED display images used with other techniques look grainy because of the composition of the pixel from three separate color luminous components.
- Good Color Consistency, Transparent Picture: Each of the red, green, blue LED chips for 3 in 1 dot matrix LED displays are selected according to brightness, wavelength, positive pressure and other parameters by precise auto-sorting equipments. It ensures that the LED chip wavelength can reach a level of 2 nanometers which human eyes can not distinguish. In the bonding process, we use a special process to adjust the distribution of the chips to ensure brightness and color can be evenly distributed in the same module or different LED modules. Therefore, the LED display screen can be perfectly clean.
- Good Antistatic Property: At present, electrostatic injury is recognized as the biggest problem in the full-color LED display screen industry. Compared with the technique of separate component full-color LED screens, dozens of chips of the modules have been bundled together in a super-clean antistatic workshop, which greatly reduces the probability of electrostatic damage.
- Excellent Smoothness: As the plastic shell of the module is produced by precise molds, the smoothness of displays is much higher than full color LED screens made from other separation technology. Displays have no mosaic effect caused by welding assembly errors.
- Wider Viewing Angle: It is an indisputable fact that all single, dual and full color LED modules have a wider viewing angle which can be higher than 160 degrees.
- Good Color Temperature Consistency: All products are adjusted in color temperature after made onto display boards and the color temperature error in the same screen is only dozens of K unit. We correct color temperature with advanced equipments CS-100, Spyder2PRO and our special digital spectrophotometric colorimeter.
- Convenient to Erase: The LED chips in the plastic shell are packaged by resin. If there are dusts and stains on the surface, you can directly erase them.
- High Brightness LED displays: Compared with the separated type SMD 0603 or SMD 0805, modular LED displays can achieve more luminous flux. In addition, because of 4×4 module (Utility model patent), our LED display can achieve a 1/4 scanning rate or less and further enhance the LED brightness.
