Red, green and blue chip are closely bonded into preset position within each pixel by the cutting-edge ultrasonic wave soldering technology, so viewers can’t clearly see the alignment of three chips in one pixel at a distance of less than one meter.
B. Application of light’s wave-particle duality
As stirring the concrete by puddle in building industry, the most part of light emitted from the red, green, blue chips is casted onto the smooth, pure white reflecting wall which in turn make the light rays generate ultra-rapid chain reflective reaction. Because light has dual property of wave-particle, light particles of the red, pure green and blue will go through adequate mutual intermixture during serial reflective reactions. So final color-mixture effect into the viewers’ eyes is greatly upgraded.

2. Excellent color consistency between pixels
Each group of the red, green, blue LED chips are sifted by precision Auto-sorting equipments according to brightness, wavelength, forward voltage and other parameters. Thus, guaranteeing the tolerance of its wavelength within 1 nanometer.
In the ultrasonic-bonding process, we adopt special technique to distribute-mix-uniform the chips to ensure uniformity in brightness and chrome between different pixels of one module or between modules. By doing so, the LED screen can display vivid and clear video image detail.
3. Larger Anti-Static Performance
At present, anti-static problem is recognized as the severest problem in LED display industry. So superb anti-static property is the reliable guarantee for luminescent device to work well and last long.
A. Manufacturing Environment
Anti-static Marble Worktable ;proper adjustment of ambient temperature and humidity in workshop ; Technicians must wear anti-static uniform to the letter.

B. Product Structure
The spaces between each pixel within Led Dot-Matrix module are absolutely separated by “N material”-a kind of reflector.
Coordinate-type bandings for Red, Pure Green and Blue chips within each pixel are made by precision ultrasonic bonder.
The connection between the luminescent LED Chips within every pixel and the external PCB is indirectly jointed by Pins. Thus, the LED chips nearly achieving external insulation.
The only possibility for all anti-static generation is made by pin.
However, since LED Dot-matrix take the form of one bonding group made up by 16 pixel dots (or called 48 chips) or 64 pixel dots (or called 192 chips), weak static charge will be eaten up by these pixels within the so-called unit bonding group even though there is some static electricity generated. At this point, SMD LED screen can not, objectively speaking, achieve such good heat-dispersion effect.
Meanwhile, this kind of indirect insertion by pins also resolves heat-dispersion problem for LED chips. In actual applications, no burning hot can be felt when putting your hands onto the surface of luminescent elements even though this luminescent device has worked for 1200 hours continually.
4. Higher Reliability
Compared with SMD and Lamp-type LED screen, Dot-Matrix LED screen is characterized by better smoothness. Thus, it has superb feel and touch.
It has great damage-resistant property. During anti-shock test, even dropping the whole Dot-Matrix cabinets to the ground at the height of 1.6 meter, it will incur not any damage and still works well.
Owing to this module’s plastic cover made by precision mould, its smoothness is far better than other manufacturing technology. Therefore, it avoids any Mosaic problem caused by assembling or welding. Actually, Mosaic problem is a phenomenon of color separation and gathering caused by relative convergence of grey scale and color difference at the same level value or similar level value in the LED screen. This phenomenon greatly affects the performance of image reproduction.
During LED Dot-Matrix’s fabrication, the LED chips are sorted out abiding by high standard and strict requirement.
Strict Requirement: Precisely defining the spectrum within 1 nanometer.
High standard: sifting the chips by the help of the most advanced equipment and technology (ultrasonic control technology, Computerized Light-Wave control technology, Electrical Current and Voltage (Voltage Difference) computerization technology.
High-caliber technicians: owing to adopting the precision devices and equipment imported from Germany, USA and Japan, skilled operator and technician have to be equal to these posts.
5. Wider viewing angle
As shown in figure 15, according to mathematical and geometric and optical-refraction refraction, the internal structure of each pixel of LED Dot-matrix is cone-shaped and cross-section upward opening.
Such structure makes the angle of refraction wider;
at the same time, epoxy resin coating will generate refractor action when light past through (refractive index exceeding 1.76). This will undoubtedly widen viewing angle again.
Thus, the above double-acting results come to a generally accepted bigger viewing angle.
6. Excellent color-temperature consistency
Viewer’s sensitivity to the color temperature lies in the differential variation of color temperature. Thus, color temperature error must be controlled within 100K when the same LED screen is running.
Through various hi-tech equipment, such as CS-100, SPYDER2PRO and digital light-divide equipment newly developed by LightKing, all unit boards resulted from LED modules have been gone through color-consistency adjustment. Therefore, the color-temperature error at the same LED unit board is less than 30K.
7. High permeability, maintainability for screen body
High permeability:
Compared with some manufacturers in the LED industry to achieve chrome high fidelity by using color-diffusing powder, the new-style Dot Matrix module, by the help of its high color purity LED chips, does not need use any color-diffusing powder. Moreover, the light beams pass through epoxy coating which enjoys nearly 100% light-permeability. Therefore, Dot Matrix LED products achieve near-to-perfect penetration rate.
High maintainability for screen body
As the surface of SMD and LED-Lamp screen is not smooth, the maintenance of the screen is very difficult. While LED Dot Matrix chips are packaged into plastic shell by the epoxy coating, thus, any dust or stains on the surface of dot matrix module can be wiped away directly and easily after a period of time running it.
8. High brightness
Compared with separate type SMD 0603 or 0805, modular LED display can achieve more luminous flux. In addition, our LED display made up of 4×4 modules (Utility model patent, as following pictures show) can achieve 1/4 scanning rate or less and further enhance the brightness.
9. Slow light degradation and long life span.
Judging from optics, the new-generation integrated Led Dot Matrix is quite scientific both in One Time Optical Design (Encapsulation design) and Two Time Optical Design (luminous system design)
According to experts in LED industry, the life span of LED screen is mainly related to the following factors:
1. Good heat-conductivity of chips;
2. Strong antistatic property of the whole LED configuration system;
3. Chips’ surge capacity;
Compared with SMD, LED LAMP, Dot Matrix LED screen has dominant advantages in heat dissipating. Let alone anti-static ability. That’s because, each single pixel of SMD, LED LAMP alone inserted onto heating PCB board. On the contrary, you can see the conjunction of Dot Matrix LED modules from the following picture. So, the antistatic property of Led Dot Matrix will be more stronger than the SMD LED modules.
Meanwhile, LED DOTMATRIX enhances brightness mainly by improving both optic designs instead of increasing scanning frequency or magnitude of current. So even if LED DOTMATRIX has the same strength to resist voltage and current as SMD, the former will be less shocked and self-kept.
More note worthily, the structural design of DOT MATRIX LED module as described in above advantage. It not only scatter the static electricity from outside but also share the surge voltage and current, which further reduce shock from surge voltage and current again and keep chips intact
