The outdoor LED display has a large area, the design of its steel structure should take many factors into consideration, such as basis, wind load capacity, shake resistance, water resistance, dust resistance, ambient temperature,etc. In the steel structure, there are distribution cabinet, air-conditioner, aixal fan and lighting paraphernalia. The whole display must agree with IP 65 at least.
1. Hanging structure
General hanging
This structure is applicable to single cabinet display, the weight of it should be less than 50kg, so it can be hanged on the wall directly. No need to save space for maintenance, because the cabinet can be opened from the front, as shown below,
Bracket hanging
This kind of installation is used to outdoor display, in consideration of the difficulty for maintenance, the steel bracket structure is installed between the display and the wall, the distance is around 800mm. And the auxiliary equipments is placed between them.
2. Pillar structure
Pillar structure is a kind of ground installation structure. The outdoor display is built on one or two pillars, except the display steel structure, the pillar and the geology should be taken into consideration.
3. Mosaic strucure
Mosaic structure is used to constructional engineering. The display project is already brought in the construction, and the enough space is saved for installation. When installing, just embed the display in the wall.
4. Floor type structure
This is another kind of ground structure. The display is built on a wall which is made of reinforced concrete, so it’s needed to design a steel structure on the top of the wall.
