Tech Support Procedures:

Step1: On-the-Spot Investigation:  We can cooperate with you to send our engineer to make an on-the-spot investigation to get the information about the installation space, location, wallstructure, load bearing, invironment, ambient brightness, viewing distance, power supply, wiring etc.

Step 2: Feasible Study: According to the information and your requirement, we will make feasibility study.

Step 3: Putting forward Technical Plan: If we can accept, we would put forward one complete technical plan. After you confirm OK, this will be the proof of the acceptance check of work. After negotiating, we will sign an official and legally binding construction contract.

Step 4: Technical Training:  We can provide technical training if your company send your engineer to our factory.

Step 5: Aging test and debug: Before the goods are shipped, we would make aging test and debugging to the screen to ensure the screen relaible performance.

Step 6: Assist in installation: We would do our best to assist to make trouble diagnosing and eliminating during installation.

Step 7: Maintainess: In case of some problem met when the screen works, please be free to advise us and we would be the first time to assist you to resolve it.
